Fuel Processing
Turning Waste Materials into Energy
Whether wood residues, nutshells, plastic fractions or sewage sludge, many waste materials and by-products contain valuable energy that often remains untapped. With our fuel processing systems, we make these materials usable for our customers, replacing fossil fuels in furnaces, burners and boilers. This reduces energy costs and CO₂ emissions while decreasing dependence on fluctuating energy prices. Each system is individually tailored to the specific raw material and the existing combustion system.
The basic principle is always the same. During raw material preparation, the material is shredded, contaminants are removed and, if necessary, it is pre-dried. In the refining stage, drying, grinding or screening ensures that the fuel meets the exact particle size and quality requirements of the combustion system. Material handling and logistics connect all process steps, ensuring that the finished fuel is temporarily stored and precisely dosed into the process. We provide all process steps from a single source, from individual modules to complete turnkey plants.
