Production

Laser cutting

Two modern laser cutting systems with fully automatic sheet metal storage form the basis for the efficient and precise production of our systems.

Machining technology

The rotating machine parts are manufactured in-house on CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines.rspanungstechnik

Edging

The metal sheets are formed on several 4- and 5-axis press brakes with a press force of up to 320 t.

Assembly

At the end of the production chain, experienced and motivated employees guarantee the high quality of the system components and machines we supply.

Welding

Our certified welders are regularly checked by external bodies. The high quality of the components is proven by the EXC 3 certification according to EN 1090-2.

Logistics

Efficient and timely project management requires reliable logistics across the entire course of the project. Our employees gladly accept this challenge.

After Sales & Services

Installation / Commissioning

On the construction site, we can rely on a well-trained and experienced team of assembly managers and specialist fitters. Experienced process and plant technicians are available for the commissioning of the plants.

Service / Maintenance
